  • It's Actually Happening (OMG!) | Nehemiah 2:11-20 | Pastor Walter Bowers Jr.
    Oct 6 2025

We press into a season of vision—moving from fragments of potential to a whole, workable plan grounded in Nehemiah 2. We inspect what’s broken, gather a small core, move in silence, and then speak at the appointed time, trusting God’s favor, protection, provision, and the power of prayer in the Spirit.

    • bold access to God and expectation of a supernatural encounter
    • vision as survival in dark times, not a January slogan
    • reading and framing Nehemiah 2 as a blueprint for rebuilding
    • whole vision versus partial ideas; plan before post
    • favor released as time, protection, provision, overflow
    • don’t miss your chance; obedience over stubbornness
    • assemble a core team and move quietly in early stages
    • honest night inspection of ruins and breaking life cycles
    • influence without a title; humility and timing in sharing
    • motivate people through testimony, not complaints
    • expect scoffers; refuse distraction; declare help from God
    • extraordinary praise as posture for not-ordinary work
    • pray in the Spirit; align vision with God’s will
    • invitation to connect with spiritual family and build together

  • The Gates Have Been Broken Long Enough | Nehemiah 3:1-2 | Pastor Walter Bowers Jr.
    Oct 6 2025

Vision meets rebuild as we walk Nehemiah’s gates—sheep to inspection—and call out what’s been broken long enough. We name favor that follows assignment, clear the dung that poisons growth, and open the fountain for Holy Spirit power as we build on the Word and answer an altar call.

    • season of vision for house and His house
    • favor of time, provision, protection, overflow
    • why gates matter to protection and purpose
    • sheep gate and restored relationship with God
    • fish gate as mission and provision
    • old gate and ancient paths of prayer and fasting
    • valley gate and rising from low places
    • dung gate and repentance that removes pollution
    • fountain gate and living with Holy Spirit power
    • water gate and building on Scripture
    • horse gate and readiness over reaction
    • east gate and urgency for Christ’s return
    • inspection gate and accountable foundations
    • hidden gates, confession, and surrender at the altar

Bring your all to the altar. You won’t leave here like you came in Jesus’ name!

  • Get Your Mind Right. It's Time To Live (Build) | Nehemiah 4:1-6 | Pastor Walter Bowers Jr.
    Oct 6 2025

We call the season: build with a mind to work. Nehemiah’s story becomes our guide for clearing mental floods—fear, losses, opposition, obstacles, and spiritual attack—so we can finish the work God started and protect the new mindset that makes it possible.

    • FLOOD framework: fear of failure, losses, opposition, obstacles, demonic attack and strongholds
    • media overload as a “flood” and fasting from noise to hear God
    • worship while building as fuel for focus and endurance
    • pray for haters and resist intimidation with “I can’t come down”
    • strategy vs tactics: get counsel, plan well, execute daily
    • opposition inside and outside the camp and how to resolve internal conflict
    • casting down imaginations with scripture to break strongholds
    • rally point at the altar to recover courage and renew determination
    • protect the new mind: boundaries, incubation, community, accountability
    • finish the assignment with bigger faith and cleaner focus

Ask yourself, do you have a church home? Ask yourself, have you ever been baptized? Ask yourself what’s the delay? If you don’t have a church home, if you’ve never been baptized, why don’t you come today?

  • Entrances and Exits: The Door Works Both Ways With God | 1 Samuel 22:1-5
    Oct 6 2025

We trace David’s path from panic to purpose through the cave of Adullam, showing why the same door that sheltered you can also launch you. We pray for those stuck in revolving doors and call leaders to move with courage, clarity, and compassion.

    • honoring the house and opening prayer
    • reading 1 Samuel 22:1–5 in KJV and NIV
    • entrances and exits reframed by God’s direction
    • David’s misstep in Gath and merciful redirection
    • the cave as safety, recovery, and training
    • building real relationships in dark seasons
    • separation for preparation and caring for family
    • leading while wounded and guarding your heart
    • prophetic exit from the stronghold to Judah
    • breaking cycles and leaving the revolving door
    • scriptural receipts: Noah, Israel, Jonah, Jesus
    • testimony, altar call, and focused prayer for courage

“Go to Judah… your people need to see you.”

  • Have You Lost Your Mind | Daniel 4:4-16
    Oct 6 2025

We trace Nebuchadnezzar’s pride, the cutting of the tree, and the mercy of a preserved stump, then move through seven years of loss toward a restoration born when eyes finally look up. Daniel’s courage to speak hard truth and our testimony of sudden job loss underline one promise: unconscious but intact, God keeps what we can’t.

    • culture on edge, hidden rage and restraint
    • Daniel’s exile, gifted interpretation, faithful problem-solving
    • the tree dream, judgment for pride, mercy in the stump
    • seven periods of humbling, mind lost, identity preserved
    • restoration through praise, reason returning, greater given
    • testimony of displacement, calling clarified, unconscious but intact
    • Altar call for “Daniels” to step into obedience and speak

  • It's About To Become Clear | Nehemiah 1:1-4 | Pastor Walter Bowers Jr.
    Oct 6 2025

We teach how vision emerges in dark seasons and why some problems “stick” to certain people as their assignment. Through Nehemiah’s prayer, lament, and bold ask, we trace how God turns delay and depression into favor, access, and the timber to build.

    • Kislev as a metaphor for dark seasons and emerging light
    • Nehemiah’s burden and why problems stick to visionaries
    • Lament, confession, fasting, and prayer as the path to clarity
    • The mid-prayer shift from describing problems to asking for favor
    • Positioning as providence: the cupbearer’s access and your placement
    • Delay, disobedience, and how depression becomes a doorway
    • Four faces of favor: reversal, time, protection, and timber
    • A burden for youth, safe spaces, and practical community building
    • Bold requests, unexpected provision, and moving from plan to build

  • It's Time To Raise The Axe Head | 2 Kings 6:1-7 | Pastor Walter Bowers Jr.
    Oct 6 2025

We move from gratitude to action, asking God to turn anointed people into builders who recover what sank. Centered on 2 Kings 6:1–7, we teach how to find where your “axe head” fell, change your handle, throw faith at failure, and grab what rises.

    • covered for greater and asking God for double
    • miracles through Elisha as a blueprint for service
    • schooling together: oil on oil, growth over competition
    • moving from small to plenty and building new
    • spiritual warfare and the need for battle buddies
    • the axe head as lost edge: vision, peace, purpose
    • don’t worry; pray instead—Philippians 4:6–7
    • find the fall point: teach me, silence me, show me
    • new season requires a new handle, not duct tape
    • throw faith at your failure point and declare it’s rising
    • when it surfaces, grab it and return to the work

  • Disrupted To Be Discovered | 2 Kings 4:1-7
    Oct 6 2025

We call the room to speak life, lift expectation, and receive healing, then teach how divine disruption becomes the doorway to discovery. From the widow’s oil to Jesus’ resurrection, we show how one word plus quick obedience turns crisis into capacity, testimony, and territory.

    • declaring faith and raising expectation
    • healing anointing and activation at the altar
    • disruption as promotion, not punishment
    • finding the next version of self through tension
    • 2 Kings 4 and the oil already in the house
    • private pouring, public testimony
    • patterns of disruption to discovery across Scripture
    • scriptures for courage, provision, and presence
    • possess the land; walk and strike the ground
    • reintroducing ourselves and obeying quickly
