Childhood Dreams, Priorities, Oh and You're Not Failing!

We've all heard this at some point, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I can't tell you how many times that plays over in my head because of the misconceptions we placed on ourselves at a young age. There's no timetable for when you need to accomplish something, or start something new, or what you should be doing with the rest of your life. You're not failing.
