At Rae’s suggestion, we read Gloves Off (Vancouver Storm Book 4) by Stephanie Archer and it did NOT disappoint. If you’re looking for enemies-to-lovers, this is the cream of the crop. Georgia and Alexei cannot stand each other, but agree to a marriage of convenience so he can get his green card and she can get her inheritance. They say horrible things to each other, but eventually, the tide turns, in no small part to Alexei’s flower deliveries.

This week, we read Loving a Vampire is Total Chaos by Aura Hayes! This dark paranormal romcom follows newly promoted Detective Celine Brennan as she investigates a gruesome series of murders…and of course the vampire committing the Dexter-style murders: Zavier Lockwood. Oh, and did we mention they’re fated mates? That’s gonna make solving the crimes kinda awkward.
