Yes, that is correct; I am a 40-plus-year-old twice divorced man on Tiktok. Anymawho, I digress; there is a lot more to me than that.

I'm a dad, an author, a friend, a son, a brother, a health coach, a life coach, and the list goes on and on.

Maybe by listening to this podcast, you will learn more about me. You might even learn a little something about yourself.

In everything I do, I do my best to help at least one person find the drive to make it through one more day. We have all seen others display these behaviors, but have we been able to admit we have too? We are all guilty of doing this at one time or another if we are truly being honest with ourselves.
