In this episode, June Coffey sits down with Mitch Solway, currently a fractional CMO for multiple startup companies across Canada.  Mitch was the first marketing employee at LavaLife where he helped build the company and the marketing team there, and then was one of the first employees of Freshbooks where he also built up the team and company.    

In this interview, we talk about how he got to where he is, what he’s learned over the years both as an individual and to build culture and teams, and the advice he has for companies.
