Charles Tyler - Paladar

In this episode I chat to Charles Tyler, the Director of Paladar. Paladar is a fantastic modern Latin American spot in Elephant & Castle and one I strongly recommend everyone check out. We chat about the restaurant's origins and Charles' previous experience with Malaysian cuisine, as well as how Paladar became 100% gluten free and their plans for the future.
