The starting point is on Chelsea Pier 57 but you are free to walk anywhere on the piers which begin on 23rd street and extend to 59th street.

Chelsea Piers connects to the Hudson River Greenway (HRG) one of the most popular places to ride, walk, and jog in New York City stretching for 12.9 miles separated from traffic.

• 1-15 Min Intro: History of Chelsea Piers and Hudson River Greenway Trail System, part of the Empire State Trail, the nation's longest multi-use trail. The trail spans 750-miles and is filled with Native American History.
