Chapter 7 | If God Is Good, Why Is There So Much Suffering

This week we tackle one of life’s deepest questions: If God is good, why does He allow so much pain, evil, and futility in the world? From personal tragedies like our daughter’s death last year to global disasters, for many of us suffering is often the greatest challenge to our faith.

We’ll look at how Christian thinkers have answered this question, what the Bible teaches, and how Jesus Himself shared in our suffering. And, you’ll leave better equipped to talk to friends who object to Christian faith because of suffering.
