Chapter 11 (Part Two): A Short Note on Doing Nothing

I feel that in this day and age, where there is so much at stake that stands or falls with everyone, with me being conscious and responsible with my choices, I cannot allow myself to risk making bad, potentially regretable choices [...] And what this does is that very often it creates a painful dynamic, where people who care a lot about making right decisions, who are aware of the impact of their decisions and want to use this power wisely and for the benefit of our society, become so self conscious of all of their actions that they end up completely blocked.
