With over 34 years at ONGC, she held significant roles, notably in sub-sea and well services, and was Vice President at ONGC Videsh Ltd. She's recognized for project completions and awarded "Manager Of The Year." Engaged in industry-focused education, she's associated with SPE, management institutes, and causes for women. Currently, she freelances as a consultant in SUB-Sea Engineering and BID Evaluation for upcoming projects.
