Chairman of Altadena Town Council talks about losing home in Eaton Fire, rebuilding issues

With the anniversary of the Palisades and Eaton Fires, we are hearing the many stories of people who lost their homes or businesses. Most still haven't even started rebuilding yet one year later. Nic Arnzen is Chair of the Altadena Town Council and lost his home in the Eaton Fire. He spoke with L.A.'s Morning News.
