That scandal, which alleges that Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer and his team colluded to create a no-show endorsement gig for Kawhi Leonard to pay him more than the cap allows, could have wide-ranging impacts on the entire Association. But there have also been some high profile examples of Celtics betrayal from people inside the storied ball club sticking a proverbial knife into the back of the team.
