  • Joseph to Barnabas | Rebrand - Part 3
    Feb 25 2026
This week we look at the life of a popular man in the Bible, whose actual name might be the least known about him. You can hear the name Barnabas and most people would know who is being referred to, but that isn't his actual name. In fact it is a nickname, given to him by other disciples early in Acts. Joseph, known as Barnabas, helps us to see that God wants our identity to be found in Him. Through the life of Barnabas we see that being who God created us to be will impact those around us. Barnabas, which means "son of encouragement", constantly went out of his way to encourage others. Barnabas acted in accordance with who God had made him to be. And the truth is that recovering who God made us to be will help other to discover who Jesus truly is. - Key Verses // Acts 4:36-37 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • Solomon to Jedidiah | Rebrand - Part 2
    Feb 18 2026
Continuing in our Rebrand series, we look at the name of Solomon and how David wanted his son to have the thing which he desperately wanted but couldn't get. God wants our identity to be in Him, and not in the pain of this life; which can easily try and give us our name. We have to embrace who God says we are. Solomon's life and name is marked by David's pain. Pain will try to name us, but God will reclaim us. Let us find our identity in Him! - Key Verses // 2 Samuel 12:24-25 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • Jacob to Israel | Rebrand - Part 1
    Feb 17 2026
We begin a new series where the focus is on how we need to let God name us, because God wants us to have our identity in Him. We will see that letting God name us actually leads to our good. Diving into one of the most prominent stories of a name change, Jacob, we will see how it is a danger to let our past define our future. The truth is that our true identity is found in Him. - Key Verses // Genesis 32:23-28 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • The Bigger Life - The Bigger Picture - Part 5
    Feb 3 2026
We wrap up our Bigger Picture series today, understanding that God has a bigger life for us in Christ. Every aspect of our lives shifts from being messed-up to made right by trusting in God. And we see that God uses us to impact more than us, beginning with our future generations; like God did with Abraham. The bigger picture is for generations to come! Through the lives of Abraham and Sarah, we see that God ordadined the bigger picture to include the next generation. - Key Verses // Genesis 15:1-6 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • The Bigger Battle | The Bigger Picture - Part 4
    Jan 27 2026
God is bigger than our battles, and knowing that He has a bigger life for us in Christ gives us confidence that He also understands and guides us through the battles we face. In fact, while most of the world rejoices after a victory, we can rejoice because we have been promised the victory. Pastor Brandon guides us through a story in 2 Chronicles where King Jehoshaphat is having to prepare for a large war against several enemies and even though he wasn't fully prepared himself, he knew that he could go to God and rely on what He says. Our response to when God speaks, should be to worship; like King Jehoshaphat and his men. And our decisions should be based on God's promise. Ultimately, we can worship on the frontside because we know that God has got us on all sides. - Key Verses // 2 Chronicles 20 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • The Big Choice | The Bigger Picture - Part 3
    Jan 20 2026
As we continue to look at the Bigger Picture of how God has a bigger life for us in Christ, this week we look at how our choices matter to the bigger picture. The bigger picture is lived by choosing God's way over our own way. Choose God's way, even in the "Ive done this a million times", or the "I've never done this before" issues of life; or even in the "this doesn't make any sense" issues of life. He has set before us the choice between life and death, blessings and curses, and urges us to choose life. His way leads to life and life abundant. Ultimately we have to choose to choose life. - Key Verses // Deuteronomy 30:19, Proverbs 3:5-7 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • The Little Picture | The Bigger Picture - Part 2
    Jan 13 2026
We continue looking at how God has a bigger life for us in Christ. This week Pastor Brandon shows us that our big life is in the little things God entrusts us with. In Matthew 25 we find the Parable of the Talents, in which a master entrusts his wealth to his servants. Through this parable we learn that God cares about the little things and those that can be trust with little can be trusted with much. We need to recognize that every time God asks something of us, it is for our good. The bigger picture is found in small beginnings! - Key Verses // Matthew 25:14-29 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive

  • The Big Lie | The Bigger Picture - Part 1
    Jan 6 2026
We begin a new series this week, looking at how God's plans are bigger than you, but they include you. This week, we study how the enemy tries to lie and convince us that there is not a bigger plan and that Jesus has not come to give us life and life abundantly. Pastor Brandon shows us, through the scriptures, that the enemy's lies are the same ones he has always used; the big lies of, "You have to take care of yourself first", "If God has you, then you can be reckless and irresponsible", and "Serving God means missing out on everything." But, through the responses of Jesus in Matthew 4, we are taught that what "is written" reveals the bigger picture! - Key Verses // Matthew 4 - For Sermon Notes, the Connect Card, and our other online resources: https://linktr.ee/Celebrationchurchlive
