Their bodies were initially deemed too dangerous to retrieve, but four of their friends undertook a risky mission to recover them. Cave diving, by its very nature, offers little margin for error. A sudden incapacitation in a confined, overhead environment, far from immediate assistance, can quickly turn fatal.
