Catie and Erik are well-informed and fun to listen to! I always feel like I'm hanging out with friends, listening to them discuss their lives. I've learned so much from their podcast and content on TikTok.

I have been following both Catie and Erik for a while now on TikTok. I was so excited to see this podcast! I'm a few episodes in, and I just love it. As a 34 year old who was recently diagnosed with ADHD, thank you! I love the content, and your personalities.

My only thought... Can you change the names of your episodes to put them in order?
Like... Episode 2: Wonderwall.

I scroll up and down trying to remember which one I'm on. Cuz.. ADHD. :)

I actually loved this episode so much! I identify with a lot of these struggles and even learned some new struggles. It is a comfort to know I'm not alone.

I've been following these two from the beginning! Only recently gave podcasts a try. It feels natural listening to them. Fun to listen to, and hang out with Catie, Erik & guests!! Their content is validating, entertaining, and inciteful. They will have you laughing out loud one moment, then have you crying from a podcast breakthrough the next.
I was diagnosed in the 90s, started Ritalin, and then moved to Concerta. But the meds only take care of a small percent of the ADHD experience.
You are not broken. There is help, and it is okay to ask for it. Advocate for what you need.
Thank you so much Catie and Erik for sharing your experience with us!!
