Caroline Rush, the Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council, tells Jordan and Liz how she is showing up in the fashion industry to create a diverse landscape with plenty of opportunities for up-and-coming designers. 
Caroline shares how she transitioned from PR Consultant to CEO, she reveals how Queen Elizabeth II ended up making a surprise appearance at London Fashion Week in 2018, and how the BFC supports new talent through their many initiatives.
