Twenty years ago, she was a full-time teacher with two children & very busy and limited support from my family network. She remembers looking in the mirror and not liking what she saw. She felt overweight & looked much older than her years; she thought enough was enough. So for the last decade, she studied & qualified as a Nutritionist & Eating Psychology Specialist.
