    Christy and Bill talk about 107 Atlantic Ave. in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home on the island's northern tip. Located creekside with quick access to the ocean, it resides in the island's only gated community. It boasts a shared dock with the neighbor, a spacious kitchen overlooking the inlet between Litchfield and Pawleys, and its own private walkway to the beach. The master bedroom is on the second floor, as are all but one of the other bedrooms. The owner will be adding a swimming pool to the existing deck, expanding its size as well.

    Whitlock talks about how Pawleys Island increasingly has families moving there to raise their families in this idyllic beach town. Having attended pharmacy school at MUSC in Charleston, she moved back to Pawleys Island and raised her family there. She says there is a strong school system there, and younger families have been moving to the area. Christy and Bill also talk about the number of people from the Mount Pleasant area choosing to move to Pawleys Island, and how the Pawleys Island area is different from the Myrtle Beach area.
