So let me introduce you to two people you may know very intimately well, okay? The list on the left, the admiration list, that is what you believe is the best part of you.
The list to the right is what you believe is the least favorite part of you, okay? You cannot recognize a trait in another person unless you possess it yourself. If you have the reference for it, you can relate to it, okay, you can recognize it, right? And you can then judge it or rate it however. But if you can't recognize it, you can't see it in another person.
