A story about Latin traditions, brought to America. It was a long strange trip that brought Jeannette Flores-Katz from her small town in El Salvador to the big city in San Francisco. That’s where she met her future husband, Kenneth Katz. Today the pair are the proprietors of La Bodega, a pioneering establishment at The Met in Atlanta. La Bodega is a window where fresh ingredients with a Latin flair are available in the food desert of the West End.
