In this Cannabis 101 breakdown, we unpack microdosing — the art of taking just enough cannabis to feel subtle benefits without getting sky-high or stuck to your couch. It’s the perfect approach for people who want to enjoy the plant without turning their brain into a lava lamp. What is Microdosing?Microdosing means taking tiny, controlled amounts of THC (or other cannabinoids) — often between 1–5 mg — to get therapeutic effects without a full-blown high. It’s like adding a pinch of salt instead of dumping the whole shaker. Why Do People Microdose?Stay Functional: Feel calmer, more focused, or more creative — while staying sharp for work, chores, or parenting.Ease Anxiety: Small doses can soften stress without the racing thoughts that high doses can sometimes bring.Relieve Pain & Tension: Microdosing can help manage chronic pain or muscle tightness without knocking you out.Boost Mood & Social Vibes: Perfect for when you want to vibe lightly without feeling couch-locked or paranoid. How to Microdose✔️ Start Small: 1–2 mg of THC is plenty for beginners.✔️ Be Consistent: Try the same dose for a few days to see how your body responds.✔️ Adjust Slowly: If needed, increase by 1 mg at a time — not 5 or 10.✔️ Pick the Right Product: Edibles, tinctures, low-dose capsules, or a single puff of a mild strain all work well.Pro Tips from Cannabis SchoolKeep a journal — note when you dose, how much, and how you feel.Timing is key: Many people microdose in the morning or mid-afternoon to stay productive.Remember: you can always take more later — but you can’t untake what you’ve taken.Cannabis School’s TakeMicrodosing is the “less is more” philosophy done right. It’s discreet, gentle, and helps cannabis work with your day, not against it. If you’re new to weed, curious about daily wellness, or just hate feeling “too high,” microdosing is your new best friend.🔥 Only What We’d Use Ourselves — our trusted, handpicked tools and resources. Very disappointed with this discussion. I strictly wanted to know about microdosing cannabis. I wanted to know all the potential healing properties of how it could heal PTSD or help with anxiety or help mitigate depression. Instead the conversations like all these podcasts from various discussion forums revolve around pain management and don't overdose and have a bad experience. Then the conversations always switch to LSD and then Psilosybin. I heard first how psilosybn cures PTSD before they said anything about cannabis curing PTSD. Toward the end of the show I perceived these guys as basically polypharmacy drug users with possibly borderline addiction.

Very Dissappointing
