It is so refreshing to find a show (podcast) that reports on important developments around the world from a position of trusting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Basil and Gonz also bring a sense of humor to the otherwise dreary topics of the New World Order, technological advances toward transhumanism, and other such developments. Unplug from scripted media and interact with a community that is interested in God's Word and real news.

Best News Talk. Period.

I've been listening to/watching Gonz for years and only started listening to/watching Canary Cry fairly recently. I finally got tired of not being able to see/hear the last part of the show because of YouTube's heinous suppression of facts and truth, er, i mean "censorship". I seriously think Hitler, Stalin, and Mao would be quite impressed with YouTube's ability to manipulate and suppress truth and facts. Anyways, i highly recommend Canary Cry News Talk with Basil and Gonz, they're great guys fighting for truth and i always love the humor and unique flavor they bring to the table. Funny story, i actually didn't like Basil at first, mainly because i was used to just watching Gonz, but now i couldn't imagine the show without him and think of them both as brothers, because we are, in fact, brothers in Christ. May God bless and protect both of you and your families. Praise Jesus for Canary Cry!

You should really check out this funny, interesting and truly Indi Podcast who instead of really on advertising use the Value for Value system where if you the listener get anything out of the Podcast give back with with your time, talent or treasure. Basil and Gonz break down the true meaning behind mainstream media. And hey if you like robotic takeovers, nephilim penguins and cats jumping up on podcasters then this show is for you.

Excellent news analysis!

Basil and Gonz do an excellent job deconstructing the news, from a biblical world view. With the right balance of humor, and seriousness they dissect the news stories of the week and show where the facts end and the double speak begins. This is a live to tape podcast, so you get all the spontaneity and flubs even if you can’t make it live. And the community they’ve fostered and built has created some amazing art and culture that helps to deal with the distopian nightmare we’re currently in. All in all it’s a great show.

*They are live on Twitch Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so rarely the articles include visual elements but it doesn’t detract. And the community’s art they describe is always available in the show notes.
