Today we are talking about evidence! Throughout this episode Det Earl talks about a case that happened prior to him working in law enforcement and before SA J Metz was even alive. The reason he speaks about this case is because he had interaction with the subject of this case! The case involved David Roberts who was convicted on four counts of murder, with additional charges of kidnapping, arson, and rape. Det Earl was working as the supervisor of evidence when the request came across his desk asking for the release of the weapon used in the commission of a crime.
