The stories were barely coherent and often stopped abruptly before anything happens to conclude the story. They feel like they're being made up on the go and then abandonded when they don't pan out.

The same, low end, 10-15 seconds of music loops through every story and fills in countless gaps for no reason, including several minutes at the end of each recording. It was so poorly produced it almost became entertaining for all the wrong reasons. Two readers were fine but one had the worst vocal fry that trailed off after every sentence.
