I knew I needed to change stuff but I didn't know how. all of these episodes are exactly what my family needs. I can't thank you enough. I'm hoping to be able to get the everything program on your site eventually. cuz I am determined. I have a 20 yr old, 15, 9 and 6. I had my first 2 way before I even know what it was to be a mother. my youngest 2 I am trying different things, but still didn't really know how until I found this podcast. this one's the best I've listened to!!! thank you thank you thank you!
