Steeped in the scientific arena of Veterinary Medicine, Lauren takes us through her journey into the intuitive nature of her gift for Animal Communications. From childhood, she always had a gift to connect with animals, both wild and domestic. After transitioning to an end-of-life care Vet, her gift to communicate with the animals evolved into a sharp tool for understanding their direct messages. Lauren now has a practice dedicated to the link between animal and human with profound clarity and insight. In episode 9, Chuck takes us on along his edition of the Hero's Journey. Breaking away from the well trodden path of engineering, Chuck jumped on his bike into the great Unknown to follow a passion for West African Drumming and Family Constellations. Tied into both seemingly unrelated practices is a multidimensionality that allows an experience of oneself on multiple levels or rhythms simultaneously in a coherent manner. In this way, we can work through our Entanglements, Soul Agreements and Conflicts through a powerful alchemical process in relation to our family systems. Through this healing mechanism, we can discover the origin of the patterns that held love and life force from being disseminated through our lineage, thus enabling us to hold our family members in our hearts in a different way.

In part 2, we unfold the catharsis and wisdom of Steve's exploration into the Sufi tradition and the nervous system. In this episode we uncover the unique challenges posed by those with neurodivergence. In forming his own model of Polyvagal Theory, Steve provides a deep insight into how our nervous system responds to stimulus and threat from the outside world. Steve integrates the knowledge of the nervous system with the spiritual journey to show how we can be with our sympathetic state responses with loving presence.
