About Kenn:

For more than 30 years, Kenn has been at the forefront of the intersection of technology and the user. Thriving in both large corporate environments and pre-money startups, he has a unique perspective on success in Silicon Valley.

After receiving both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Georgia Tech, Kenn began his career with Apple where he was first immersed in user-focused product development. From Apple, Kenn went on to drive products and partnerships in both large and small companies across California including, Radius/SuperMac, Philips, Gateway, SiliconColor, and Intel.

He has had a front seat for the acceleration of the digital video revolution, the migration of flat screens beyond the laptop to the domination of the living room, the convergence of entertainment and computing, and how digital senses change how our devices help us interact with and understand the world around us.

These days Kenn is working as a consultant to help startups hone their product strategy and focus their technology partnerships. Kenn is a twice-invited speaker to the National Academy of Sciences on computer technology and has been named several times as one of the Top 100 Blacks in Technology.
