Australian C-suite exec Seb Brandt is cycling 4000kmacross America to shine the spotlight on the importance of taking time out to recharge, and to follow your dreams.

He is currently 700km into this 4000km, 3-month cycling ‘deliberate detour’ which aims to inspire others totake a purposeful pause to reset, avoid burn out, improve mental health and broaden life and leadership skills.
