A little encouragement to look to strengthen your mind in the coming year 2021. The world witnessed something that most people on earth had never witnessed. We watched masks and hand sanitizers became the norms of our daily lives, walked in fear around loved ones, and live with nervous uncertainties of whether we will be able to over a pandemic that changed our view of normal.
