God's faithfulness remains steadfast and reliable even when believers—like Abraham and Sarah—stumble, doubt, grow impatient, and fail in their efforts to rush or manipulate His promises, as illustrated through their long wait for a child, the misguided decision with Hagar, the enduring consequences, and their ultimate growth in trusting God's almighty power to fulfill His covenant in His perfect timing, enabling them to finish their lives well by faith despite never fully seeing the promise completed in their lifetime.
