We also highlight how structuring deals creatively, particularly through vendor financing or private investors, can unlock opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach. By understanding funding options and focusing on deal structure rather than personal capital alone, MSPs can significantly expand their ability to acquire and grow businesses.
