The Arrival Focus:

• How to own your first 12 hours after landing and convert preparation into performance

Strategy 1: Core Temperature Reset

• Do 30–45 minutes of brisk aerobic exercise ASAP after arrival
• Ground yourself barefoot for 30–45 minutes
• Don’t collapse into bed, prioritize temperature reset to flip your body clock

Strategy 2: Strategic Zeitgeber Alignment

• Eat at local meal times,
• Expose yourself to natural daylight for at least 15 minutes, no sunglasses
• Avoid sleeping pills and unnecessary melatonin, opt for natural sources like tart cherries or walnuts if you must

Bottom Line:

• Acclimatize INTENTIONALLY
• Turn preparation into performance and presence
• Close the deal, deliver your best, and reduce jet lag
