Man… I am FIRED UP about this one. This week I'm taking you inside one of my favorite places to speak — chapel at Christian High School. For over a decade now, I've had the honor of pouring into these students twice a year, and every time I step on that stage, I don't take it lightly. When I was praying about the message for the start of 2026, one phrase kept coming to me: BURN THE BOATS! Not half-in. Not one foot on the dock. Not keeping an escape route "just in case." I'm talking ALL-IN!! In this episode, you're going to hear the full chapel message where I challenge these students — and YOU — to stop playing small, no living lukewarm, and stop holding on to the very things that may be keeping you from walking in deep alignment of your divine calling. Whether you're 15 or 55, the principle is the same. God doesn't call part-time followers. He calls the committed. And if you'll stay obedient, if you'll stay all in, what's being built will be greater than anything you can see in the middle of the mess. So here's my challenge: Don't wait. Don't delay. Don't keep an escape route. Burn the boats. Go all-in on your faith. Go all-in on your calling. Go all-in on the man or woman God created you to be. And go create IMPACT.
