The Construction Lady podcast aims to create a community for women in construction, providing resources and opportunities to help close the gender gap in the industry. Hosted by Laura Rodriguez-Lewbart, the podcast is for women already working in construction or considering entering the field, as well as anyone who supports women in construction.

Laura's inspiration for starting the podcast came from feeling overlooked and alone as a woman in the industry. The challenges of starting her own construction business and the biases she faced as a female business owner also motivated her to create the platform for women in construction.

The podcast will cover industry trends, success stories, challenges, and opportunities, and will also answer questions from the audience.
