Building a Castle in Detroit

This afternoon, I will be having a conversation with my dear friend, Janice Smith, the founder and CEO of The CASOE Group in Detroit. Their mission is "to develop the creative potential of youth and young adults living in under-served communities. To provide Arts programming (theater, dance, music and media arts) that connects people to each other to inspire a robust expression of human creativity."
