Building Up Your Community with Alex Casebeer and Conrad Venti

A rising tide raises all ships.

This is the truth and a big reason it is so important for all business owners to learn how to contribute and build up the community around them. This conversation was inspired by a challenged from Dick Withnell at a YMCA event in Salem, Oregon. At the event he challenged the audience to think about who would be the next generation of community leaders.

Two people that immediately came to mind for me were Conrad Venti and Alex Casebeer.
