He built the company from zero revenue to roughly $27M in revenue and $5.1M in EBITDA before selling the business to Associa Corp. in 2021. Today, Michael remains active in the real estate industry as a real estate and tech investor and advisor, bringing decades of operational experience building and scaling service platforms in the New York multifamily market and beyond.
