This week, I’m joined by Connor Bland and Caleb Johnson of Cloud Accountant Staffing. Cloud focuses on building global careers for accounting professionals across the Philippines, South Africa, and Central/South America – and connecting these folks to firms here in the US.
Connor and Caleb dive a little more into this process in this episode, why it’s not as scary as it sounds, as well as their thoughts on offshoring and how it can offer firms a way to grow in a way that doesn’t grind it’s employees to dust.
