Andrew Turner, a coach from EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), joins Paul Manders and Mike Ankers to share his experience as a coach, mentor and “Implementor” of EOS, a system for operating business at a high level. Andrew uses the same principles for his own business and shares his journey with us, from developing new clients to how he helps teams like Fairway enjoy greater success on their terms.
