Tim Mann is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has trained thousands of individuals in mental health, growth mindset, breathwork, cold-exposure, and heat-exposure. After defying the odds and perservering through a severe auto-accident, Tim became more determined than ever to become a Peak-Performance Coach, working with a variety of individuals on how to use low-cost and accessible resources to optimize their performance. Tim is a published research scientist, recently co-authoring a paper with Wayne State Universities Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience department.
Tim has a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Detroit Mercy where he served as a Graduate Assistant for the Basketball Program, and a bachelor's degree in Outdoor Recreation & Leadership Management from Northern Michigan University.
