Welcome to the Colorfully Conscious Podcast with your host, Leylah Murad. I am so grateful you are here. This episode is a breathing and love focused meditation. Meditation has been scientifically proven to have tremendous benefits on your physical, mental and emotional self. Please come to this meditation any time you are in need of a reset, to start your day grounded, or to help yourself fall asleep.
We will first do a box breathing meditation which will focus on your breath. Then, we will practice feeling and showing love to ourself and to others.
