My mission with Body and Mind Strong is to help active, busy women 35+ reclaim their health, strength, and sense of self through integrative wellness coaching that blends health, movement, and life support into one realistic, sustainable approach.

As an online Integrative Wellness Coach, I want to help active women like you, take control of their time to manage and improve their health and wellness without burning out on self-care.

Topics include the body and mind connection, weight management, relationship with foods, nutrition, self-care, exercise, relationships, coping skills, strength building, stress management, financial wellness, and so much more.

Renee is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Healthcare Life Coach, business owner, and mamma to a Chocolate Lab fur baby all the while completing her second masters in Business Administration/Finance.
