Body Type Hype Podcast Episode 3 - Scientific Weight Loss Program Diary & Athletic Male and Female Body Types

  • Resumen

  • Body Type Hype Podcast Episode #3 - Host and Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher Marc Nelson (Gen X) and fitness trainer and nutritionist co-host Turbo Ryer (Gen Z) discuss the Scientific Weight Loss Program Diary (Basic and Advanced) as well as athletic male and female body types. Designed to help you hold yourself accountable by tracking your daily diet, exercise, and lifestyle data along with regular (typically weekly) images, the point of the Scientific Weight Loss Diary is to show your progress. It is used symbiotically with the Scientific Body Type Quiz (required to access the Diary) so you have a solid understanding of your current science-based diet, exercise, metabolism, and lifestyle scores.

Working in harmony with the MyFitnessPal App, CalorieKing App, Apple Health App, or the like, the Diary also allows you to invite your friends, family, fitness trainer, dietician, etc. to join the discussion for free (free subscriber account) to encourage and support your weight loss journey. You can maintain your privacy and security by using a Pen Name and no face is used in images. Advanced users get access to the Expert Science-Based Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle "Ask Gnosis" (think Siri or Alexa) Support Team, and you can buy single credits as well.

The conversation then shifted to talk about athletic male and female body types. As the captain and striker/forward on his competitive recreational soccer team, Turbo estimated that most players in the league were likely a Body Type Two (BT2). At the professional level, be it Major League Soccer (MLS), professional European futbol/football leagues, and such, nearly all players are a Body Type One (BT1), with rare few exceptions being a BT2.

Top-tier professional play requires a thoroughly muscular body that is symmetrical, as that is what the most intense competition demands. Muscle makes an athletic body and is what allows for speed, strength, agility, endurance, etc. along with talent (star power) and presence (IT factor). The more skinny fat and fat you have on your body, the less athletic you are. Genetics plays a huge role in things.
