Welcome back everybody to the Self Storage Income Manager Podcast!
Today, we’re talking boat and RV storage. The hot topic, the one we get a ton of questions about. It makes sense because this past year boat and RV sales have increased dramatically and people have to be able to store these vehicles somewhere. So many cities and communities around the country have a lot of regulations that often don’t allow someone to park their boat or RV at their home, and that’s if they even have space.
As far as running a facility that offers boat and RV storage, there are quite a few considerations you need to make.
