  • "Optimal Functioning"
    Apr 11 2025

What does it mean to function optimally? This question is beyond diet, exercise and sleep. This episode is about what it means to be human. The beauty of the highs and lows of life. How limitations are the best frame work for where to start to make change and how to adapt instead of react to life.
