  • Sketchfest SF: Lane Moore Returns with Tinder Live
    Jan 17 2026

    Send us a text

Comedian Lane Moore is back at SF Sketchfest with not one, not two, but THREE shows! In a time where laughter is more important than ever, we highly suggest catching Lane on stage while she's in town, your fellow bitches will be at the Tinder Live event at 7pm this Saturday, January 17th at Cobb's Comedy Club!

In the meantime, Lane returns to our show to share how she met 90s icon Janeane Garofalo (did we mention that's her special guest for Tinder Live?!?), how the show (and the dating scene) has or hasn't evolved through the years, and why she's so proud to be doing comedy in this moment in time.

It's part deux of our 2025 year end recap, and we're sharing highlights from the year (both on and off mic), including our craziest interviews, most memorable guests (both new and returning), and which guest we waited 5 years to have on the show! We discuss our favorite movie of the year that did not get the love it deserves, and which surprising on location Basic Bitch turned into our most liked episode. To cap it off, we share how we spent the first day of the new year, and why it's leaving us hopeful in this crazy fucken moment of time.

  • End of the Year Basic Bitch Part One
    Jan 5 2026

    Send us a text

It's been a busy couple of months, and the bitches have a lot to catch up on! First Ange shares some deets about her trip to New York, including watching Jeff Hiller perform improv, drinking horny mezcals, and a happenstance hug/live performance with Bay Area rapper LaRussell. Then Erin shares how she became an award winning journalist!

Listen to our first and second interviews with Jeff Hiller!

Highlights from New York (this is not at all comprehensive, just some gems I happened to wander upon):

Caveat Theater's RAAATSCRAPS - The Best Improv Show in the World, often featuring one of our favorite guests, Jeff Hiller

Joe's Pub - Just a cool ass iconic venue to be entertained in

Little Branch - dark AF, free live jazz every night, excellent cocktails. What more do you want?

C as in Charlie - cool ass restaurant, bomb ass food, fun staff, just overall a standout place

Mixteca - TJ style tacos on the east coast? Top it off with delicious fucken cocktails made with tomatillo salsa. (try the Tomatonico and the Verde Michelada. You're welcome.)

Art Bar - Queer and cute bar with a more divey feel. Check out the comfy couches, working fireplace, and beautiful art in the back room.

Dante NYC Happy Hour - $10 for the best martini (normally $20), starts at 4pm!

Attaboy - No menu, just vibes. I requested a horny mezcal...what kind of crazy drink can you come up with?

DCTV Firehouse Cinema - A retrofitted firehouse turned into a theater dedicated to documentary film. I watched Remaining Nati

  • Neighborhood Basic Bitch - The Mission with Storied: SF and H.P. Mendoza
    Dec 5 2025

    Send us a text

Welcome to our second neighborhood basic bitch! This time we're collaborating with San Francisco podcast - Storied: San Francisco and talking all things Mission District. This is our third to welcome multi-hyphenate, San Francisco born and raised, and Mission resident H.P. Mendoza on to the podcast. As we enjoyed the backyard of the bar Zeitgeist, H.P. gives us his experiences on growing up around the Mission, hopping on busses to sneak in to movie theaters, how multi-culti living in this part of the City was just a couple of decades ago, and also his current mainstays in the neighborhood.

All of us round robin about some of our now favorite and missed businesses (and people) in the Mission. RIP KitKat! There is also a tangent about that Google Glass incident that happened in 2014 (not 2004 as we all thought) in the lower Haight neighborhood of the City. It was a pivotal time in San Francisco.

Thanks so much for listening! You can listen to our first neighborhood basic here.

Come See Me In The Good Light is a beautiful documentary that follows two poet lovers, Andrea Gibson and Megan Falley, as they explore their relationship, laughter and mortality after receiving news of Andrea's incurable diagnosis. We were joined by director (and return guest) Ryan White and producer/star of the film Megan Falley to discuss the lasting impact of this film, the beauty in grieving out loud, and life lessons learned both in front of and behind the camera.
