Bill Shugart - Art Licensing

In this episode of shit I need to know I talk with artist and consultant Bill Shugart. Bill has created a company called Locol. Bill’s company has partnered with many Fortune 500 companies to bring a new vibrancy to the art world. In particular: LOCOL is pioneering the relationship between local artists and development companies here in Central Florida . The reason I want to talk with Bill is because he specializes in art licensing and that is something that I am very interested to find out more about.
