  • Consistency — The Quiet Superpower That Changed My Life
    Feb 13 2026

Hello… and welcome back to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth.

This is not just a podcast about music.

This is a podcast about life.

Because beyond every note, beyond every scale, beyond every performance, there is always a deeper story — a story of discipline, growth, and transformation.

And today, I want to speak about one skill… one superpower… that has silently changed my life.

    That skill is consistency.

Consistency is hard to build, yet it is the most powerful and underrated skill in this world of distraction. Everyone is chasing motivation, quick results, shortcuts, and breakthrough moments. But motivation is temporary — it comes like a wave and disappears like a wave.

Consistency is different. Consistency is quiet. It is the decision to show up even when you don’t feel like it, even when no one is watching, even when nothing seems to be working.

Over the last sixteen months — over the last 610 days — I have built one consistency so deeply that it has become inseparable from who I am: sales.

And when I say sales, I don’t mean pressure or money chasing. For me, sales became service. It became my daily devotion to transforming one more life through music.

For 610 days, I have never missed working on sales — not one day. One-to-one calls, webinars, follow-ups, emails, content, nurturing leads… whatever it takes, I do it. It has become automatic, like breathing.

And because of this consistency, Music360 grew from 27 students to more than 300 students. Not because of luck, not because of shortcuts, but because of the compounding power of daily intentional action.

These days were not smooth. There were setbacks, failures, rejections, and moments when nothing worked. But even then, I continued — not with frustration, but with intention. Because this is bigger than business. Every student who joins is another life that can be transformed through disciplined learning and music.

This consistency began on 9th June 2024, the day I lost my job. That day could have broken me, but instead, it became the foundation of my strongest system.

As my mentor Sidz always says: Motivation is unreliable. Systems are permanent.

So let me ask you today — what are you waiting for? Build the momentum. Build the consistency. Show up every day. And one day, you will look back and realise… you have become unstoppable.

Thank you for listening to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth.

If you want to transform your life through music, send me a DM with the word CONSISTENCY, and my team will guide you personally.

Because one decision today can change the next 610 days of your life.

  • The DAD Formula – Delete, Automate, Delegate
    Feb 6 2026

    Hello…

and welcome back to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth.

If this is your first time here, let me say this gently—

this isn’t a podcast only about music.

It’s not just about success or business either.

This is a space to slow down,

    step away from the noise,

and listen to what life is quietly teaching us—

    beyond the notes.

Today’s episode comes from a very personal place.

From exhaustion. From clarity. From letting go.

And from being more honest with myself than before.

This episode is called “The DAD Formula – Delete, Automate, Delegate.”

    It’s not a productivity hack.

It’s a concept I learned from my mentor, Sidz—

and slowly, without realising, began living.

As I move closer to my 1 Crore Champion goal,

one truth has become impossible to ignore:

growth doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from removing what no longer belongs.

For years, I believed effort alone was enough.

Work harder. Sleep less. Push more.

But effort slowly turned into exhaustion.

    Clarity turned into clutter.

Progress didn’t stop loudly—it leaked silently.

    Time leaked.

    Energy leaked.

    Focus leaked.

    And most dangerously—identity leaked.

That’s when three simple words stayed with me:

    Delete. Automate. Delegate.

Maybe it stayed because I am a dad.

    Fatherhood changes how you think.

    You stop romanticising chaos.

    You start respecting sustainability.

    Delete

Delete is not about apps or tasks.

Delete is about ending versions of yourself.

After 16–18 hour workdays, my nights looked the same—

    scrolling reels, shorts, endless content.

I told myself it was rest.

But it wasn’t. It was escape.

One night, I paused and asked:

Is this rest… or is this numbness?

    That night, I stopped scrolling.

I started listening—to real conversations, real journeys.

The next day, I acted immediately.

    No perfection. No overthinking.

My content crossed 800+ views after months of stagnation.

    I didn’t feel excitement.

    I felt confirmation.

Deleting one habit didn’t create free time.

    It created belief.

    And belief is fuel.

    Automate

Carrying everything in your head is not strength.

    It’s slow self-destruction.

    Leads, messages, follow-ups—

all lived in my mind, creating constant background anxiety.

When we implemented AI systems at Music360,

    something shifted.

The business developed a brain outside of me.

    Conversations happened without my presence.

    Follow-ups didn’t depend on memory.

Systems worked even when I rested.

Automation didn’t make me less human.

    It protected my humanity.

    Delegate

Delegation isn’t hard because of logistics.

    It’s hard because of ego.

    I believed—quietly—that if I didn’t do it myself,

    it wouldn’t be done right.

But that belief was fear wearing responsibility’s mask.

Delegating my podcast editing gave me space.

    Not emptiness—space.

    Delegation didn’t cost me money.

    It gave me time.

And time is the only currency that compounds.

    The Shift

The DAD Formula didn’t optimise my workflow.

    It restructured my identity.

I stopped asking, What more can I do?

I started asking, What no longer needs me?

    Delete what drains you.

    Automate what exhausts you.

    Delegate what limits you.

If this episode spoke to you, pause before returning to noise.

    Ask one honest question today.

This is Beyond the Notes with Srikanth.

    Until next time—

stay grounded, stay curious, and keep listening…

beyond the notes with Srikanth. 🎹🎸

  • Spark 2026 – The 4 Hour Rule for 2026 Success
    Jan 2 2026

    Spark 2026 – Podcast Summary

In this comeback episode of Beyond the Notes with Srikanth, the focus shifts from motivation to systems with the launch of Spark 2026—a year-long commitment to building consistency and discipline in everyday life. A spark is not something you ignite once and forget; it must be lit daily. That daily ignition is what creates long-term transformation.

Across history and across art forms, the pattern is the same. Whether it is Beethoven, Ilaiyaraaja, A. R. Rahman, Yesudas, Sonu Nigam, or any world-class performer, greatness has never come from occasional inspiration. It comes from daily riyaz, from repeating the boring fundamentals again and again. The same law applies not just to musicians, but to students, parents, professionals, and anyone who wants to grow.

Spark 2026 is not limited to music alone. It is about holistic growth, built on four non-negotiable areas of life—HRCM:

    • Health
    • Relationship
    • Career
    • Money

The core system introduced is the Daily 4-Hour Method. Out of 24 hours, only four hours are required—one hour for each HRCM area. These four hours are non-negotiable, regardless of weekends, travel, mood, or motivation. When these four areas are addressed every day, the day is already a win.

Motivation fades, but systems stay. The world’s top performers—athletes, artists, entrepreneurs—do not rely on how they feel. They rely on structure. Usain Bolt trained for years for a nine-second race. Cristiano Ronaldo, Virat Kohli, and elite musicians show up daily, even when they don’t feel like it. That is the difference between average and extraordinary.

When this system is followed consistently for 365 days, something unexpected happens. Opportunities appear. Confidence grows. Progress compounds. This is what many call the “strangest secret”—life begins to respond differently when you show up daily with discipline.

Spark 2026 is a call to stop overthinking and start acting. Touch all four areas every day, even in small ways. Consistency builds identity, and identity builds success. Don’t aim to be motivated. Aim to be inevitable. 🎹🎸

  • The 90 Days BIFA
    Nov 25 2025
    📘 THE 90-DAY BRAIN-IN-THE-FREEZER MODEL

A Simple Life Architecture for Abundance, Artistry & Athletic Mastery

There comes a point in every journey when you realise that you are not held back by lack of talent, time, or opportunity. You are held back by something far smaller — the daily moment when your mind quietly asks:

    “What should I do today?”

This one question, repeated every morning, destroys more dreams than failure ever will. It weakens focus, drains energy, and creates hesitation. You don’t lose progress through major setbacks. You lose it through the silent friction of daily decision-making.

The Brain-in-the-Freezer Model solves this problem by removing decisions altogether. Instead of thinking, you build a Mega Action List — every single micro-action required to achieve your next 90-day goals.

Once the list is built, your mind stops negotiating.
    Your job becomes simple:
    open → pick → execute → tick → repeat.

Your actions no longer depend on motivation.
Your progress no longer depends on mood.
Your future no longer depends on how you “feel” today.

To bring this list to life, you follow a weekly rhythm:

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri – AAA Power Days
You move all three identities every day:

    • Athlete: movement, diet, energy
    • Artist: music practice, creativity
    • Abundance: sales, content, income systems

Small actions compound into massive momentum.

    Wednesday – Abundance Architecture
Funnels, webinars, follow-ups — the long-term money engine.

    Saturday – Artist & Spirit
Deep music practice, creativity, reflection, family.

    Sunday – Athlete & Reset
Long walk/run, weigh-in, recovery, evening webinars.

This rhythm replaces chaos with clarity.
It eliminates randomness and builds identity.

Because the real magic of the model is not the goals you achieve…
    It’s the person you become.

After 90 days, you no longer need motivation.
    You trust yourself.
    You finish what you start.
    You move with intention.
You become the most consistent version of yourself.

This is not a productivity hack.
    It is a life architecture.

A way of living where decisions disappear,
    actions become automatic,
    and results become inevitable.

    CTA

    Take a notebook.
    Write your three identities.
    Build your Mega Action List.
    Set your weekly rhythm.
    Begin today.

Your next 90 days can change everything —
not through motivation, but through design.

    🔥 518 Days🔥

June 9, 2024 — the day I lost my job in Singapore.
518 days later, I’ve rebuilt my life completely.

    No shortcuts. No hacks.
Just one thing — consistent action.

For 518 consecutive days, I never missed a single sales call — not a single day off. That rhythm became my lifeline, my transformation.

    From 27 students to 247.
    From fear to freedom.
    From confusion to clarity.

These 518 days taught me one truth —
Consistency is not discipline. It’s devotion.
Be high on action. Be high on implementation.

    That’s the real code.
And it changed my life forever. 💫
