  • Regis Prograis Says He Knew He’d Lose to Devin Haney?! | Injured Before Benn Fight?!
    Apr 21 2026

We pulled up to Regis Prograis’ house right after the Conor Benn fight… and he did not hold back.
On this episode of the Agnew Podcast, Regis breaks down what really happened leading into the Benn fight, the injuries he was dealing with in camp, how much it took just to get to fight night, and what was going through his head once he got in the ring.
    Then he takes it deeper…
He opens up about how things had already been off for a while, including the Devin Haney fight, and why he says he knew he was gonna lose before even stepping in the ring. He talks about camps not feeling right, the mental side of the game, and how everything behind the scenes started catching up.
From building opponents up in his head… to realizing mid-fight what was actually real… to the decisions he regrets and the fights he wishes he had Regis kept it completely honest.

  • Boots Ennis vs Xander Zayas… 55/45 | Is Errol Spence Done? | Berlanga & Hitchins Sign to Zuffa
    Apr 14 2026

Boots Ennis vs Xander Zayas got real after that 55/45 comment, and people reading it wrong. Boots talking that “bet on yourself” mindset, but Zayas sitting there with two belts like I already did that. He didn’t have to take this fight, and he still did — that’s where the real confidence at. We breaking down that whole exchange and what it actually means going into the fight.
Then you got Errol Spence Jr., with Robert Garcia basically saying he might not have anything left. That’s a wild statement, especially knowing what Spence been through. So now it’s really about — is he done, or is this just noise before a comeback?
We also getting into Conor Benn vs Regis Prograis, where Benn got the win but didn’t really separate himself, and right after that Prograis called it a career. So we looking at what Benn showed, and what Prograis actually leaves behind as a 2-time champion who never ducked anybody.
On top of that, Zuffa Boxing is starting to shake things up by bringing in Edgar Berlanga and Richardson Hitchins. That’s a real shift in boxing, especially with Hitchins being a current champion. This ain’t just signings — this could change how fights get made moving forward.
And yeah, we touching on Tyson Fury coming back and calling out Anthony Joshua too. Big win, but not the same killer energy — and now he pushing for that fight heavy. Question is, does it actually happen this time?

  • Boots vs Zayas OFFICIAL | Tank Davis MONEY CONTROLLED?! | Haney vs Rolly FALLS APART
    Apr 7 2026

We open with Jaron Ennis vs Xander Zayas being OFFICIAL after last episode where we said it might not even happen. Ced wasn’t buying it… now it’s real. Undefeated vs undefeated, belts on the line, no excuses.
Then we get into Boots calling himself the cash cow at 154. Biggest name? Face of the division? We break down if that’s facts or just talk.
We stay at 154 and Eddie Hearn goes on IFL TV saying Josh Kelly vs Sebastian Fundora is in preliminary talks for a unification. Now the division is looking like a whole tournament.
Same interview, Hearn says Regis Prograis is injured… but Regis comes out and says he’s not. So what’s really going on? Truth or Hearn throwing shots after the Conor Benn situation?
We also talk Keyshawn Davis vs Nahir Albright as the possible Top Rank x DAZN debut. There’s history there, so the question becomes who’s really under pressure?
Then Ryan Garcia says he’s fighting Teofimo Lopez July 25. We break down if that’s too soon and who really has the advantage at 147.
From there Devin Haney vs Rolly Romero falls apart. Guarantee money vs backend split, and once again fighters are questioning how Al Haymon does business. We’ve heard this before, even from Terence Crawford.
Then we take it a step further…
We bring up the Chris Blake interview on The Danza Project and what he said about Gervonta Davis and how money is handled behind the scenes.
