While there are many youth programs that your children can be a part of those based around leadership, common home values with good strong goals set in mind, you can’t go wrong with FFA and 4-H. The boys and I take a deep look at what they get out of youth programs, like TYLA, leadership development events & career development events and how that the advisors such as Agriculture Science Teachers, and County Extension Agent’s begin to develop young men and women into the next leaders for our country.
